Virginia Muñoz is a proud Latina whose experience spans cowboy boot manufacturing and more than 10 years in the foodservice industry. After years of seeing how legacy mindsets and business models did not share value (expertise, risk and wealth) with all stakeholders, she decided to venture into the fresh produce industry with an identified need for a more enlightened conception of what good business looks like.
